GETTING OVER LOSS…REMEMBERING THEIR GLITTER!
Losing someone you love is very hard. It is like a piece of your soul has been taken away. It hurts for a very long time. We have to find ways to cope with it, grieve, and try to get over it. It will not all happen at one time, but in time the pain subsides. Memories will always be there; the good and the bad of it all. We should remember their glitter; what made them sparkle. What made them who they were, and how they were a good influence in your life.
Did their glitter sparkle all of the time? Did their glitter touch your heart with love and compassion? I remember lots of glitter that I was raised with that is no longer here, their glitter was beautiful. Try to see the glitter in someone every day and thank them for sharing it, and being their sparkling selves. Sleeping glitter cannot hear, but living glitter can. Share the glitter so the whole world can shine.

Sparkling Even in Pain

What does one think of when sparking bubbles are in a glass? Do they tickle your nose, or do they tickle your taste buds when they hit them. Looking at this glass with all of these bubbles in it, I wonder what kind of bubbles they are. Could they be alcoholic, or nonalcoholic?
I am going to sparkle even if I am in pain. My glitter is mine, and nothing is going to spoil it for me. Tomorrow I will restart my glitter so, in two weeks I will sparkle even more. C.2022. L.A.
