Invader, invader what do you want? Invader, invader why are you here? Who gave you the right to come here? What make you think that you can invade my life from the inside out!?! You don’t belong here! I command you to leave!

You have ruined my joy, my peace, my whole self. It is because of you that I do not feel like myself! It is because of you that I cry just thinking about what is, and what was, and the reality of it all is that it started from the inside out! It is because of you that I feel empty inside, a shell of who I once was and now is in my eyes.

I hurt deeply within my soul, and my heart knows it all too well. Leave me alone! Go away! Never return! Sleepless nights you have caused me to have. Tossing and turning to no avail while sleep flees from me because of you! So many lives you have ruined and even taken because you are a silent bully! Go back to where you came from! I will not stop fighting you! I will not let you ruin my life like you have ruined others! You loose! You do not win!

Never ever will you control me! I will eat what I like. I will drink what I like in moderation. I am taking back my energy you stole from me. I will be happy! I will no longer feel sad, or feel sorry for myself! I will love myself from the inside out.
