It seems just like yesterday when I saw your smile. It seems like yesterday we walked for miles. It seems like yesterday when you helped me find my voice to sing. It seems like yesterday we were sitting on the porch in the chair swing.

It seems like yesterday you taught me to pray. It seems like yesterday you wiped my tears away. It seems like yesterday you told us to go somewhere and play.

Now those are just memories that we once made, but I remember each one just like it was yesterday. Whatever I can do just let me know, because I will hold on to these memories until you get up and walk out of the door.

I will never forget when last we talked; we laughed for hours on end. We can pick up where we left off and start our conversation again.
