Horror Poetry is a new style of poetry that I discovered I had inside of me when I wrote Night Walkers, my first horror poem. It may read like a short story but it is a surfaced poem. Horror poetry is the type of poetry that will leave you wanting more, and the suspense of it will keep you on the edge of your seat.
Depending on The title of the poem will determine how the words will flow, and how they will come across to the readers. I think that if you like horror movies you will love horror poetry.

Writing is therapeutic for me. No matter what I am writing, it helps me to dig deeper into my emotions and bring out what is there below the surface of who I am as a writer. I never knew that I had other writing gifts until today. Writing horror poetry is something I know I will always write just as other types of poetry as well.
How do you feel about horror poetry? Some people like, rather even love a good horror story in what knot, but there are those who don’t care for this type of writing.
