Waking up on a cold wintery morning seeing the snow falling down softly to the gound, landing on everything all around makes it look like a winter wonderland. Feeling the coldness of the air as it swirls all around me numbs my fingers as I take pictures of what God blessed us all with to enjoy.

I never would have thought we were going to get snow. Never would I have thought that so soon it would go. How beautiful it was for my eyes to see, now I can say I have a New Year’s memory. Just looking at it took me back to my childhood when it would snow and freeze everything.

I enjoyed listening to the snow as I walked on it. I enjoyed the smell of Winter in the air. I enjoyed watching the birds and squirrels play in the snow. Yes, it was cold, and yes I was freezing, but it was worth it. It was worth every minute I spent outside in the powder from heaven.

I hope that it will come again before the season change, and I will go right back out in it again. How beautiful it was, how beautiful it is, and how beautiful are the feet that sent this to you and me. ©2021
