What was Once Beautiful

Sometimes we look at things and call it beautiful, but we all know that beauty fades. Flowers are beautiful only for a short time, their petals fade and wilt and they soon dry out and crumble away.

We look at children as we bring them into the world, and we see a beautiful blessing that is going to have to one day grow up and live in this not so beautiful world that once was beautiful. We often wonder what they will do, what they will go through as they live in this not so beautiful world.

Had sin not crept in, it would still be beautiful… everything would be perfect just as God created it to be.

What was Once beautiful is now somewhat destroyed by hate and destruction. Everywhere one looks, there is devastation. What will future generations think? What will they say? What will they do?

Will they try to come together and make the world a better place to live in, will all wars end? Will love prevail, will hate cease to exist?

Will what was once beautiful ever be beautiful again? I am talking about the world that we live in. I am talking about the place that God created for us to appreciate and enjoy.

Although things are the way they are in this world, we can still make the best of it. We can still be happy. We can still love one another. We can still respect one another, and be there for one another.

We do not have to take part in the things that is of the world, but we can take part in winning souls for God’s Kingdom. We can lead the lost to Christ Jesus, our Savior. We don’t have to worry about what was Once beautiful. What is beautiful is when the Angels in heaven is rejoicing over those who have given their lives to Christ.

Beautiful are the feet of those that share the Gospel of Christ. Let us not worry about what once was, let us focus on the here and now; because what was is in the past. What once was is no more it is completely gone.

Let us focus on who was, and is, and is to come, and He is Jesus Christ. He is our Savior forever 🙏❤️🙏❣️🙏

If you have not given your life to Jesus today, please do so. You will be glad that you did. His arms are open wide waiting for you to come to Him, He will give you a new life in Him. Amen. ©2020

See how this river runs free with God? We all can run freely to Him. Who the Son sets free is free indeed.
